Holcomb and Hoke was once a proud manufacturer of Popcorn Machines. In fact, if you come across one of these, they were worth quite a bit of money. And these things were something else! They were beautifully crafted and built to last. In fact, they were the first to mass produce a true popcorn machine! They also built many other things here too. In the 1950's, they switched their manufacturing over to building those wall dividers you probably remember from school. That is mostly what we saw remnants of. Over 100 years of manufacturing took place in this place. The economic problems in the late 2000's was just too much for H&H and it was forced to close.
Sadly, a fire destroyed it in 2013. It was built in 1906.
